Joanne Ford

As an ICA Master Coach, Joanne’s vision is to support all those who feel unable to move forward to reach their full potential and empower them to be able to achieve anything.

A positive and empathetic person, Joanne is passionate about improving resilience and wellbeing. Joanne focuses on two main areas. The first is to reach out to those returning to work after a period of time, or wishing to change career paths but are lacking the confidence to take the first step. The second area is to coach students who are about to enter the workplace by giving them the employability and communication skills they need to secure a career in their chosen field.

Joanne is able to offer advice on issues such as overcoming self-limiting beliefs and building confidence; personal goal setting; overcoming setbacks through improved resilience and wellbeing. Her sessions are delivered in a warm, approachable style filled with practical advice using accelerated learning techniques and personal experiences.
